I know everyone has their own opinions about AI, and that’s fair—but here’s how I see it.

Twenty years ago, when I was coming up in photography, the industry was shifting to Photoshop. A lot of traditional photographers said, “No way—I’m sticking with film. Photography will always be film-based.” Well, those photographers aren’t working today. Many became bitter because they didn’t adapt, and by the time they realized the change was permanent, they were too far behind to catch up.

We’re at a similar turning point now. Yes, AI comes with challenges. But the truth is, every major shift in technology has challenges. The difference now is we’re a little more aware—because we’ve seen what happened with social media and other platforms.

Here’s the reality: AI isn’t going away. If you take the time to learn it now and use it ethically and effectively, you’ll be ahead of the game. Don’t wait until it’s the standard—because by then, it’s too late. Start exploring today.
